For more than two decades, CJ Kane worked as an award-winning television journalist. CJ spent seventeen of those years as a Sports Anchor/Director in Findlay (OH), Dayton (OH) and Augusta (GA). After anchoring thousands of sportscasts, CJ made the smooth transition to morning news anchor. He also gained valuable major network experience working for two years as a producer at Golf Channel.
Over the course of his twenty-three year broadcasting career, CJ covered seventeen Masters Tournaments, U.S. Open, PGA Championship, Super Bowl, World Series, 1996 Summer Olympics and Indianapolis 500. During this time, CJ spent countless hours reviewing and critiquing resume reels. Many of his colleagues recognized CJ’s ability to spot talent and they started asking him for advice on how to put resume reels together.
CJ’s extensive background as a successful news anchor, sports anchor and major network field producer has enabled him to provide invaluable career coaching for his clients. Brian S. Kane has almost 30 years of experience as a practicing attorney in Pennsylvania and West Virginia where he focuses on commercial litigation, including contract preparation and negotiation. Brian reviews all negotiated contracts with our clients to address any questions or concerns. He also advises on a variety of industry and employment issues for CBK Media Management clients.
Brian is a graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law, where he was a member of the Duquesne Law Review. He attended the University of Kansas for his undergraduate studies and is a diehard KU basketball fan. Go Jayhawks!

In 2000, Jed transitioned his career into talent scouting and became an industry insider spending eight years at the premier placement and coaching resource Talent Dynamics.
