Congratulations to client Anjali Patel on being named Weekday Morning Co-Anchor at KTNV, the ABC affiliate in Las Vegas, NV. On the Good Morning Las Vegas desk, Anjali will join co-anchor Justin Hinton and meteorologist Justin Bruce.
Prior to making the move to Vegas, Anjali worked as a news reporter/anchor at WLOS (ABC) in Asheville, NC. Working in this market was a homecoming for Anjali who grew up in nearby Greenville, SC. While at WLOS, Anjali’s reporting on Tropical Storm Fred helped the station win a 2022 NATAS Southeast Emmy Award. Anjali got her start in television news as a news reporter at WPDE (ABC) in Myrtle Beach, SC. Anjali’s reporting on Hurricane Dorian helped WPDE earn a 2019 NATAS Southeast Emmy Award.
Anjali is a proud graduate of the University of South Carolina’s Honors College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism. While attending school in Columbia, Anjali interned at WIS in Columbia (SC) and WYFF in Greenville (SC). She was also nominated for two student Emmy Awards for her work during her time at USC. #TeamCBK
