CBK Media Management is thrilled to announce the promotion of client Hayley Milon Bour to Weekday News Anchor at DC News Now in Washington, D.C. You can now catch Hayley anchoring the weekday 12 PM and 4 PM newscasts, where she will also continue her impactful “Stretch Your Dollar” consumer reporting and contribute to Sunrise On the Hill, the station’s DC-based political program.
Hayley is a McLean, VA native and graduate of George Washington University with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication. Hayley began her broadcasting career in sports as a Network Host for Monumental Sports & Entertainment Network. There, she hosted pre- and postgame shows for the Washington Wizards, Capitals, and Mystics, with her work also featured on NHL Network.
After spending two years at Monumental Sports Network, Hayley decided to make the transition full-time to local news. Before making the move to DC News Now, Hayley spent the previous year working at WAVY (NBC) in Norfolk, VA. Hayley excelled at high-profile investigative reporting. Her work helped recover nearly $400,000 in stolen funds for a local business and uncovered critical missteps in the coverage of a Virginia classroom shooting. Additionally, she embedded with U.S. Navy crews aboard the USS Gerald R. Ford and USS Dwight D. Eisenhower to cover carrier strike group operations and sailor mental health initiatives, alongside contributing live reports to NewsNation. Prior to WAVY, Hayley gained valuable news reporting experience working at stations in Salisbury, MD and Fort Myers, FL. She also worked as a staff reporter for the Loudoun Now, a non-profit news organization in Loudoun County, VA.
When she is not anchoring or breaking news, Hayley enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband, Justin—a former MLB player and current player development and hitting advisor for the 2026 World Series Champion Milwaukee Brewers—are the proud parents of two children. #TeamCBK
